Anna's Green dress from Frozen

So, I'm going to make Anna's dress. This one.

 

There haven't been really any cosplays of this yet, and I really love it. There isn't going to be a tutorial for it either (I think), but I will post picks and the separate pieces of it. Also I can answer questions (Even though this blog has like 3 page views). I'm already halfway done, so I hope it'll be up soon. right now, The corset top is done, same with the baby sleeves, and all the fabric is cut, I painted the designs on the skirt, and all it really needs to do now is be put together.

 

I'll post it on DevantArt too.

So... I did get Cress, and it is AMAZING!!! I might put a review up here, but for now, I'm in the middle of a huge sewing project (see the next post).

Gift of Cinder: Ana's review

So, I explained all the complicated stuff earlier... now for the review!

Ana's Review:

Wow. What can I say, the book was great. It had an amazing setting, great plot line, and splendid characters. At first, I wasn't so sure about the whole re-telling Cinderella story, but this was something different. It was a great book with the same Cinderella theme and the setting is nothing that I would have expected. It makes this this book standout from any other Cinderella book I have read. What makes this story more amazing is the characters. The characters to me are different. For me my favorite character is Cinder. I feel like I can relate to her sometimes with the whole 'being different' thing. I feel like she is a strong character who's been through a lot. I really like how the whole story turned out it's amazing and I am amazed at how the story plot line went. It's a great book and I'm glad my friend recommended it.

I loaned my copy of Cinder to my friend Ana. She had to read a book for class, so what better book to give than Cinder. She's been reading it all month, and she just told me that she has finished it!
